Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any project undertaken by OSNOVAS ("we", "us", "our") on behalf of a client ("you", "your"). By using this site or engaging us for work, you agree to the terms below.
Use of this website
This website and its content are provided for general information about OSNOVAS and our services. You're welcome to browse and use it as intended — to learn about what we offer, get in touch, or book a consultation. You may not copy, reproduce or repurpose the design, code or written content of this site for your own commercial use without permission.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the contact form or booking form on this site does not create a binding agreement between you and OSNOVAS. It's a request for us to get in touch. A project only begins once both parties have agreed on scope, price and timeline — typically confirmed in writing (email is fine).
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website (including on the Pricing page) are starting points, not fixed final prices. Every business is different, and final pricing depends on the size, functionality and requirements of your specific project. You'll always receive a clear, itemised quote before any paid work begins.
Project work
Once a project is agreed, the specific scope, deliverables, timeline and payment terms will be set out separately (for example, in a proposal, quote or contract) and will take precedence over these general terms for anything they specifically cover.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of a completed website transfers to the client upon full payment. OSNOVAS retains the right to showcase completed work (e.g. in a portfolio) unless you request otherwise.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in everything we build, but we can't guarantee that any website will be completely error-free or achieve specific business outcomes (e.g. a certain number of enquiries or search ranking position). OSNOVAS isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a delivered website.
Third-party services
Projects may involve third-party tools or platforms (hosting providers, booking systems, analytics, payment processors, etc). Your use of those services is subject to their own separate terms, which we'll flag as relevant during a project.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
